Delta flights to the Caribbean and Mexico are on sale from 14,400 miles

Delta Air Lines just dropped a flash sale on award flights to the Caribbean, Mexico and other dreamy destinations that will take flight in January and early February.

The sale includes itineraries from various U.S. cities to the Bahamas; Tulum, Mexico; Turks and Caicos; and Barbados. Flights are priced as low as 17,000 SkyMiles plus taxes and fees. If you have a Delta American Express credit card, you can save an additional 15% when booking an award flight.

Almost all the sale routes have layovers, with the exception of some nonstop options available out of Delta’s Atlanta hub.

The best deals are for basic economy tickets. If you wish to check a bag, an additional charge of $35 to $55 each way will apply.

This is a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it sale; you must book your travel by Sept. 12 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Restrictions apply, so be sure to read through the sale’s terms and conditions before you book.
